Civil cases

During the period under review in the Durres District Court civil cases last an average of 48.6 days or 1.6 months and 2.3 sessions. Compared to the results of the initial study, the length of cases in number of hearings and days is estimated to be improved by 1.7 sessions and 37.1 days.

Criminal cases
Criminal cases last less than a month, averaging 39.1 days or 1.3 months and 2.6 sessions. Meanwhile, compared with the results of the initial study where criminal cases lasted on average 52.9 days or 1.76 months and 3.4 sessions, there is an improvement of the duration with 13.8 days and 0.8 sessions.
